The Young Leaders Accelerator Program (YLAP) is a 6 months leadership boot camp/ Mini MBA aimed at developing competent leaders in the work place who will perform optimally and drive organizational success by delivering excellent results. Our fellows also get to build professional connections with likeminded peers and professionals, mentors and coaches and put to test their ingenuity in developing practical solutions to real world problems! The program is targeted at young professionals with 2 to 5 years’ experience at the workplace. The sessions are facilitated by expert coaches and marketplace leaders.
